About us
We are Tiia Maria Saari and Jere Hölttä, the founders of Laulutaiteen ja -tieteen keskus Oy. We met while working as vocal teachers in the Cantores Minores boys’ choir, where we discovered our shared passion for vocal pedagogy, its development, the search for answers to open questions, and especially the practical application of the latest scientific voice research.
We teach together in group lessons, Academy lectures, and webinars as part of our online courses. We also provide voice training sessions for various groups upon request.
Our mission is to bring the results of voice science into the field of vocal pedagogy. We believe this knowledge can accelerate meaningful and lasting vocal development. We have witnessed these transformations in practice — and we would be delighted to support you on your journey as well.
